What does the new Dutch legislation on posting within the European Mobility Package entail?

Dutch legislation implements European rules on posting drivers in international road transport. The new legislation requires transport companies to file notifications of posted drivers in the European Notification Portal (IMI) and to offer them the appropriate core rights. This notification is also known as the posting declaration. Previously, it was sometimes unclear whether drivers were posted employees or not. The European mobility package clarifies in which cases drivers are or are not considered posted employees.
